Can we verify our lists on emPACT?
YES! We have a built-in checker that verifies that your email list is clean and duly validated. This reduces bounce back and protects your sending reputation
What reporting is available?
We automatically track opens, clicks, bounces and complaints. Prebuilt reports can be viewed or exporte as pdf or xlS. This means you can track the delivery status of every single email sent out in real time.
Are templates provided? Can I make my own, and import them?
YES! Nearly 100 templates are provided and a powerful drag and drop interface allows you to edit those or make your own.

NO! The number of subscribers, senders and servers is unlimited.
Can I give access to other users and control their profiles?
YES! Our manager user profile permits segmentation of your account to restrict or enable user permissions. You can limit their role, limit their role based upon a list or a campaign, you name it.
Do the themes work on multiple platforms? I want to send to mobile devices?
ABSOLUTELY! Our themes are fully responsive to permit the proper display automatically. This means you don’t have to work harder to reach more devices.
